One of the most popular programs, before and during COVID, was The Gator Sip. Where the residents formed a conga line behind Mark's cart and they would venture out after hours on the golf course.
When a resident saw a gator in one of the ponds, they would honk, point and everyone would take a sip of their favorite adult beverage!
As the event became more popular, up to 75 carts, before we went on the course we would sing Happy Birthday and honor those who had anniversaries. Mark would bring out cupcakes on a plate to their cart, sitting it 6' away.
Many in the community chose to participate in another way, waiting in their lanai's, having dinner and waving to their friends as the giant conga line of golf carts passed their house.
